  • Members subscribe to the club through the Verve® e-Commerce functionality and they are then issued with their own personalised diet and exercise plan, under the guidance and help of the TV series' panel of experts

  • Features of the program include weekly weigh-ins via SMS, daily menu plans and recipes, shopping lists produced for personalised eating plans and the ability to search over 20,000 foods to learn about their nutritional content

  • Verve® integrates individual member data to provide customised flash messages as the 12 week plan progresses

  • Verve® also supports features of the club website including a personalised online diary, as well as recording food, exercise, photos and health statistics, which can then be translated in to graphs and charts of results.
